Touring helps solidify your priorities, so let us know what’s working for you and what isn’t.
- We use your availability to schedule your tours – virtually or in person. All you do is show up.
- Also, we also can host agent-led, guided tour days for your visit, where we can make sure to ask the right questions and keep you focused on your goals.
- (Even if you don’t need a guided tour day, some communities may require agents to tour with you to receive a commission; we will let you know which ones before you tour.)
Receive personalized List
Your list is tailored to you, so we organize apartment details based on what’s important to you
- We are local agents so we can match you with the best neighborhood
- And we handle all of the property research and vet each one based on your high-value items and dealbreakers.
- Once we email you the list to review, just let us know your feedback and top choices.
Lease your favorite
- The application process is pretty simple, but if it gets tricky, we’re here to make sure your questions are answered.
- Once you complete your application and receive your welcome letter, all we need is your move date, base rent and unit number for our invoicing.
Please list Blind Move Charlotte as your apartment locator or referral source on your application in order for us to receive credit for your move-in.

Service requires:
- A one time $75 fee
- List Blind Move Charlotte as a referral on Guest Card and realtor/locator on your application
Be open to touring:
Be open to letting agents tour communities with you or on your behalf, especially for communities that are escort-only.
Inform communities:
Let leasing agents know you’re working with a Blind Move Charlotte agent and list realtor/locator as your referral source on your application.
Update agent:
Let your agent know when you want to tour a property, when you sign and give them needed information for their invoice, i.e, move date, base rent and unit number

Requires

Budget-friendly List
If you have a more conservative budget, we have created a list of budget-friendly apartments for you to check out.
Budget ranges on the list:
1×1: $900-$1400
2×2: $1300-$1700
