Consultation is held via phone call or Zoom.
-Discuss your lifestyle wants, goals and needs, as well as your budget, layouts, & deal breakers.
-We’ll use this information to create a list of apartments that meets those requirements.
-Lastly, we will go over service options and answer any burning questions you have about Charlotte, renting qualifications or our service options.
Once you pay the $75* refundable deposit, we’ll take everything from there.
-We will handle the research and the vetting.
-We will compile a list of 8-10 communities that best meet the criteria you provided.
-We will email a custom apartment list to you once it is ready. Once you review the list, let us know which communities you would like to tour.
-We can get those scheduled for you.
As a part of the service, we can schedule your tours for you.
-We can schedule a full tour day for you and attend alongside you for a full tour day if you’d like! (Some communities do require our presence, but we’ll let you know which ones.)
-Virtual tours are also available.
-Please remember: the community must know we’re your referral in order for us to receive a commission.
Choose your community and complete the application.
-Remember to choose realtor/locator as the way you heard about the community. Some may allow you to write our name.
-After you are approved, you will receive a welcome letter, and sign your lease.
-All we need from there is your move-in details listed on the welcome letter.
