Our Services

Option 1: Full Service

For a comprehensive apartment locating experience, our Full Service option is ideal. It is designed to save you time and cut down on stress.

We'll give you a call

Consultation is held via phone call or Zoom.

-Discuss your lifestyle wants, goals and needs, as well as your budget, layouts, & deal breakers.

-We’ll use this information to create a list of apartments that meets those requirements.

-Lastly, we will go over service options and answer any burning questions you have about Charlotte, renting qualifications or our service options. 

We'll create a personalized apartment list for you

Once you pay the $75* refundable deposit, we’ll take everything from there.

-We will handle the research and the vetting.

-We will compile a list of 8-10 communities that best meet the criteria you provided. 

-We will email a custom apartment list to you once it is ready. Once you review the list, let us know which communities you would like to tour.

-We can get those scheduled for you.

We'll arrange your tours

As a part of the service, we can schedule your tours for you.

-We can schedule a full tour day for you and attend alongside you for a full tour day if you’d like! (Some communities do require our presence, but we’ll let you know which ones.)

-Virtual tours are also available. 

-Please remember: the community must know we’re your referral in order for us to receive a commission.

We'll assist you with the applying and leasing process

Choose your community and complete the application.

-Remember to choose realtor/locator as the way you heard about the community. Some may allow you to write our name. 

-After you are approved, you will receive a welcome letter, and sign your lease.

-All we need from there is your move-in details listed on the welcome letter. 

  • Full Service Requirements:

    $75 refundable deposit | Minimum base rent

The deposit is refunded once you move into your community. So be sure the leasing agent notates that Blind Move Charlotte referred you.

We are a luxury apartment service, so we mostly work with newer, Class A and Class B communities, which means our service requires budget minimums for the base rent:
- Studios & 1 bedrooms: $1500
- 2x2: $1800
- 3x2: $2300

OPTION 2: SELF-GUIDED

This service is perfect for those who already have a good handle on their search and have the time to sift through apartment options. It also is a good option if you are familiar with Charlotte neighborhoods.

  • Visit our Instagram page & browse through our apartment options.
  • Send us a few apartments you would like to know more about.
  • When you reach out to tour, please let the leasing agent know you heard about them through Blind Move Charlotte.

This option does not include a custom list, arranged tours or in-person showings; and you will build your own list and handle tours on your own.

  • Note: No deposit is required for this option, and if we see something that fits in with the videos you liked on our page, we will definitely suggest them to you.
